By combining my experience across these different practices, I can intuitively assess what is needed in a class — 121 or group. I read the energy, ask the important questions, and amend your experience to suit what you need there and then. Above all else, I’m a people person, and I like to know what’s going on with you so that I know how I can support you best.

My own experience has been to use yoga to support my headspace, manage exhaustion, and nurse back from injury. It’s my belief that in order to truly rest and recover, we must connect our bodies and minds. We are all manic, but life doesn’t have to be so fast-paced all the time. By nurturing our physical and mental health through slower practices like yoga, we’re setting ourselves up to feel strong, stable, and more resilient.
